Terms of Use

CONDITIONS OF USE

In some countries, setting up a tent requires a building permit/notification. Before setting it up, you have to check what rules apply in your country.
The tent is a temporary object.
The tent should be spread out at a long distance from water, gas and electrical ducts that may violate its design.
Before the tent is decommissioned, make sure the temperature is at least +15 degrees Celsius. This will avoid cracks on the tarp that can occur at a lower temperature.
Dispose of the tent according to the installation instructions attached to it.
The tent must be attached to a stable and equal ground, using all openings in the feet to strengthen the stability of the structure.
Mounting the tent to the ground by the necessary elements indicated in the attached instructions and these Terms of Use is the sole responsibility of the user - The seller does not offer or guarantee proper installation of the tent.
Only the original elements should be used for installation.
Do not set up the tent during bad weather conditions, especially during strong wind or precipitation, which may jeopardise the design and stability of the tent. Damages due to bad weather conditions are not subject to complaint or warranty.
If bad weather occurs, remove it immediately.
All locks must always be fully fastened or unbuttoned to the end, which will reduce the probability of damage to the tarp. The locks should not be left unopened.
Make sure that the hull is properly stretched, in a way that prevents any foreign element from falling behind. This will in particular prevent the accumulation of water or snow on the roof, and consequently, the tent from collapsing.
Remember to remove alien elements on the tent, including water, leaves, and snow.
Keep the proper dilation. This will allow water and accumulated snow to fall freely from the tent.
In the face of year-round tents, during the winter period snow can accumulate on the roof. Remember to remove the snow from the tent, which will protect him from damage. In winter, tents for summer use should not be used.
Winds above 40 km/h may damage the tent, so when weather announcements suggest that such weather conditions occur, remove it or secure the tarp. Dismantling the tent during the wind above 40 km/h can be dangerous, so if you decide to disassemble under such conditions, be particularly careful.
It is the responsibility of the tent user to ensure that it is adequately protected from damage and not harm to those who use it and damage the property collected under the tent or in its immediate surroundings.
Do not use open fire, open flame heaters, or welding equipment within the tent. In the case of use of other radiators which are intended for use in tents, set them not less than 1.5 metres from the tarpaulin to prevent damage.
The tent should be folded and packed only if it is completely dry. This will prevent the formation of mold.
The warranty applies only to events arising during the use of the tent in accordance with the instructions attached to the tent and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
The warranty does not cover the wear of consumables such as rubbers and screws.
The guarantee shall not cover damage caused by negligence or misuse.
Tents with construction S38 (Summer), SP38 (Summer Plus) and S38 + SF38 (Summer Floor) are only suitable for use during the summer.
Tarpaulins PE are only suitable for use during the summer.
Tents with construction P50 (Winter, Winter Plus, Polar and Polar Plus) may be used throughout the year, subject to the accidents indicated in the Terms of Use and the instructions attached to the tents.
The herrings attached to the tent only serve to attach the tarpaulin to the ground. In order to attach the structure, the anchors adapted to the ground on which the tent will be set should be purchased.
Damages caused by normal operation (e.g. rusting of tarp eyes under the influence of water or soiling of the tarp) are not subject to complaint.
