What do the names of the covers mean?

The names of the sews distinguish between tents for the thickness of the plating (gram /m2 ) and additional functions.

Serie:

PRO – Sheet with a roof weight of 560g /m2 and walls 500g /m2 *. In this option the roof is one-piece (no possibility to change length).

FLEX – 580g roof covering /m2 and 580g /m2 walls *. Tents FLEX have a segment roof that allows to easily change its length by 1m or 2m.

LUX – Non-flammable hull with a weight of 620g /m2. Also equipped with segment roof.

MAX – Flammable hull with 600g /m2 weight. The whole plating is in one piece (the roofs and side walls form one part). Tents MAX have an additional smaller entrance next to the entry.

ECO – Hull of 240g /m2. For seasonal use.

ARCTIC - Flammable hull with a weight of 720g /m2. The whole hull is in one piece. Tents ARCTIC have a larger entrance and an additional smaller entrance next door.

Types of hull:

• M — Full plating (magazine)
• I – Sides with stained glass windows
• R – Sides with blind windows
• T – Sides with transparent windows
• D — Transparent roof
• O – With lighting holes

What is the difference between a summer tent and a year-round tent?

Summer tents are the ones with hull plating ECO (240g/m2) and structures summer, summer plus or summer floor. These structures are based on 38 mm fi pipes. They can be easily and quickly assembled and dismantled.

Winter tents are based on a stronger construction based on 50 mm fi pipes. They also have a number of reinforcements that make the tent resistant to adverse weather conditions.

Is it possible to buy a custom-made tent?

In our warehouse we already have ready elements for tents, so there is no possibility of ordering them to size. However, in our offer we have a very large selection of sizes in different combinations, as well as the possibility of extending tents and increasing them. Which makes it easy to match our product to different customer requirements.

Can you make an entrance on the longer side of the tent?

Tents have detachable side walls every 2 metres. Therefore, each wall can be detached and thus get an additional input.

Is it possible to purchase only the structure or only the sheathing?

Yes, it is possible to purchase the hull or structure separately.

Where can you see the tents erected?

Extended storage and event tents can be viewed at the headquarters of our company, in Trzebina, on 10 Przemysłowa Street.

What is the lead time?

Each order is carried out within 24 hours of its submission. Shipping of our tents takes place from 8:00 to 14:00.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order via our online shop or by email. There is also a possibility of personal purchase at the headquarters of our company.

Is it possible to purchase in installments?

It's certainly possible. We offer both purchase on instalments and leasing. In order to use the offer please contact us by phone – we will be happy to give you details.

What are the payment methods?

For our tents you can pay by dotpay, traditional bank transfer, or courier on delivery.

Is it possible to deliver outside Poland?

Yes, we send our tents abroad, and the rules and prices of shipments depend on the rules of the country to which the goods will be sent. The question of foreign shipping is determined individually on purchase.

Is personal collection possible? If so, where can I pick up the tent I ordered?

Yes, there is a possibility of personal reception at our headquarters at: ul. Przemysłowa 10, 32-540 Trzebinia.

How long does it take to assemble a tent?

Mounting the tent depends on its type and size. Each product is equipped with clear instructions, which allows the tent to be folded as soon as possible. In our creator you can see the viewable time and number of people needed to place a specific tent.

How is the tent anchored to the ground?

Each tent has feet with anchor holes. Depending on the ground on which the tent is set, suitable anchors, herrings or pedestals should be purchased.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes, in our warehouses we have available all the replacement elements that are available immediately.
